There are many ways to contribute. We hope you will consider helping out in one (or more!) of the following ways.*
VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME
We need parents to volunteer their time before, during and after our event. Here are just a few examples:

BEFORE THE EVENT
-
Help the decorating committee update props and backdrops
-
Decorate the entire cafeteria for the post-prom event on Friday, April 27 (3 - 10 p.m.) and, if needed, on Saturday, April 28 (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
-
Transport food donations from the restaurants to the school on Saturday, April 28 (noon - 4 p.m.)

DURING THE EVENT
-
Help the food committee prepare food (10 p.m. - 1 a.m.)
-
Serve food and clean-up tables, etc. (midnight - 4 a.m.)
-
Staff one of the inflatables in the gym area (midnight - 4 a.m.)
-
Be a card dealer at one of the casino tables (midnight - 4 a.m.)

AFTER THE EVENT
-
Help dismantle the decorations (5-9 a.m.) R
-
Return the large props/misc. items to storage (located off Wildwood Road in North Park) on Sunday, April 29 (5-9 a.m.) Large trucks and SUVs are needed.
